Technology note: Grounton Pak specialises in metering-grade rotor pumps for filling. This is a different product standard and design intent from conveying-grade rotor pumps. We do not manufacture piston pumps.

GTX series servo rotor pump filling machines Flagship

Servo-driven, metering-grade rotor pump as the filling element. We introduced China's first servo rotor pump filling machine in 2018.

Accuracy: ±0.5% fill accuracy, error ≤1 g — a substantial improvement over conventional pneumatic piston fillers.
Very wide viscosity range: from thin milk-like liquids to 300,000 cSt pastes such as bean paste.
Particle tolerant: no piston or narrow valve seat to block or crush solids.
Modular build: pump head (three-lobe / single-lobe / waist / twin-lobe / five-lobe) × hopper (standard / agitated / heated / square-mouth) × filling valve (blow-spray / full-immersion / sauce cut-off).
Machine formats: semi-automatic 4-head, automatic single-head and multi-head, 8-head automatic with independent servo per head, and twin-head fill-and-top-up models.

LX series metering-grade rotor pumps Component

The pump at the heart of our filling technology, available as a component for OEMs and integrators. Models LX-9, LX-18, LX-36 and LX-60 correspond to different displacements and fill ranges. It moves the rotor pump from conveying into metering and filling — a different design intent from conveying-grade pumps.
